A new name and brand look helped align two banks after a merger.
Solution:
The name change to Prevail honors the bank’s commitment to helping customers come out ahead, no matter what. And it speaks to the persevering nature of the local community. This is also translated in the logo and design, with rough textures that speak to that resilience and grit. With a contemporary typeface and lots of white, clean space, the brand looks ahead with a no-nonsense attitude.
Challenge:
After River Cities Bank merged into Time Federal Savings Bank, it was clear that both banks lacked brand alignment further magnified after coming together. The banks were also perceived as outdated, and battling with the negative perceptions of mergers and acquisitions.
