USAgencies Credit Union is small. Really small. Like, one branch small. They were struggling to grow because of their name, which caused confusion around member eligibility and an outdated brand that did not reflect many of their current or prospective members.
Solution:
Lean into small. Their size is what makes them different and allows them to truly treat each member like an individual. So we developed a name and brand that felt like a neighborhood boutique where the staff is knowledgeable, the products are curated and the service is personal.
